In most cases, we can open the door without replacing the lock. Our technicians work with professional tools and modern techniques to open your home safely and carefully. We first assess the situation and always choose the method with the least impact. If opening without damage is technically not possible, we will always discuss this with you on-site. In consultation, we apply an alternative method and make clear agreements regarding the procedure and any potential costs. This way, you will never face any surprises. Our prices are transparent and include VAT, labor, and call-out charges, so you won't be faced with any surprises when we arrive at your door.
