Has your key broken off in the lock, preventing you from opening or closing the door? We remove the broken part of the key quickly and professionally, without causing unnecessary damage to your lock. A broken key can have various causes, such as wear and tear, a bent key, or a stiff lock mechanism. Our technicians have specialized tools to carefully remove the broken piece from the cylinder. In many cases, the lock remains fully functional after removal. Should the cylinder be damaged or no longer function safely, we always discuss this with you beforehand and advise on replacement. Our prices are transparent and include VAT, labor, and call-out charges, ensuring you won't face any surprises when we arrive at your door. *Any additional costs include a weekend surcharge of €50 (applies throughout the entire weekend). In addition, an evening surcharge of €50 (from 18:00 to 00:00) and a night surcharge of €70 (from 00:00 to 06:00) apply both on weekdays and weekends.
